Work with us – the process

  1. Start:ÌýbyÌý
  2. Apply:ÌýTo ensure you meet certain selection criteria, we may request more information.
  3. Shortlisted:ÌýWe will contact you to book an interview time. If travel is an issue this can be conducted via video conference.
  4. Interview:ÌýCome prepared to discuss your past experience and why you’d like to work with ÃØÃÜÖ±²¥ Education in this role. You may also need identification documents or to complete a police vetting application. We may ask you to come back, take an ability test or give a presentation – you’ll have ample time to prepare.
  5. Successful candidates:ÌýIf you are successful, we’ll let you know over the phone or in person, then confirm the offer in writing. The HR team can answer any questions.
  6. Sign:ÌýIf you agree to the terms of your agreement, sign and return the documents.
  7. Enter your details:ÌýEnter your personal details into our HR Information self-service portal.
  8. Induction:ÌýYour new manager will be in touch to arrange for your induction.
